Join us on March 21st for a Women's Circle focused on balancing the Throat Chakra.

Sometimes, a blocked or overactive throat chakra can manifest as difficulty expressing yourself, fear of speaking up, or holding back your true voice.

During this gathering, we'll gently explore these patterns through meditation, shadow work and somatix exercises, helping you unlock your authentic voice.

While the circle is warm and welcoming, it's also a powerful space for growth - combining my coaching experience with spiritual practices to support you in speaking your truth and embracing your INNER voice.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with tea and a treat so you can settle in and get to know the other women in the circle.

I thought The Women Circle was a good experience and this was excellently supervised by Kim. I had a lot of stress due to my current private situation.. after the first short colour meditation I felt calmer. I was impressed that I had a good contact with the other women, despite the fact that we didn't know each other. It's strange how such a circle works and what it brings about in you. The last meditation session brought me to a deep relaxation, I finally had a good night's sleep. Thank you Kim 🙏
